It's interesting to note that's the electoral commission, (which leave conspiracy theorists claim are biased in favour of Remain) advised Leave incorrectly that they could donate services to Beleave and other subsidiary campaigns provided that there was no working to common plan.

However Remain didn't engage in the same spending with other Remain campaigns. I'm just wondering why? Did they potentially not receive the same advice? If they had been given this advice surely they would have taken advantage of it.

Or if they already knew that this was incorrect advice why would they not tell the electoral commission? Knowing that Leave would get the same advice, giving them an advantage. I'm not sure what I believe here but I just know there's a question to be asked.

Again I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but the previous judge's reasoning for throwing the original case out seems very strange to me. He missed out crucial factors that were mentioned and accuses the claimant of merely attacking the referendum result when that clearly

is not what they're doing; they are questioning the validity of the results in light of what constitutes illegal and corrupt practices and whether it is reasonable for the prime minister not to consider these illegalities and the fact that they render the referendum "process as

undemocratic and the result incapable of expressing the will of the people" as said in common law.

They also maintain that if you look at the law thee illegalities committed by Vote Leave and Leave. EU as found by the electoral commission, the Information Commission and others

I hate to sound like leave fanatic again birds in his report really did sound quite biased against the Claimant
