Fellow Dems we need to have a conversation abt what happened here. Did a Dem group really edit this down in way which altered the true nature of the exchange? If so isn’t this disinformation, dirty tricks? Is that who we are? Imp conversation to have as we get ready for 2020.
2/This new info age requires us to create new norms, groundrules. Why I am pushing a pact/pledge for the 2020 Dems/DNC/State Parties on disinfo, hacking. Dems shouldn't be using illicit campaign tactics vs one another (or at all). ndn.org/blog/2019/02/n…
3/DNC has leverage here. Could require the 2020s to agree to a disinfo/hacking pact, and things like a requirement to support the nominee no matter who wins, to be on the debate stage later this year.
