Strange to see every party leader applauding IAF and by extension Armed Forces for Balakot. For once accept the fact that forces are above petty politics and should be applauded Balakot or no Balakot, year around, and always. Forces maintain peak standards 24X365 since ages.

What is stranger is ignoring the leadership that took decision to strike. Forces were always ready. What lacked was the "will" of political leadership. You do not have to be a Modi fan, you simply have to be India's fan. You are being respected globally today. Appreciate PM Modi.

No political party/leader need take credit for professionalism , perfect planning and execution of the strike. 100% credit goes to the Air Warriors. IAF is among the most respected world over. Do is our Army. So is our Navy. They are what they are because of their own LEADERSHIP.

The biggest lesson drawn from Balakot is for the Political Leadership. Take decisions. That's what you were elected for and that's what exactly you don't do. Hats off to PM Modi for the watershed. Hope all parties learn to guard prestige of India. Have courage to praise him.

Last, to BJP, let this not be a poll targeted strike. Surgical Strike by Army has been politicised to shameful levels. "How is your Josh?" was converted to Pulwama. Do not drag forces into poll campaigning. You have muscle in Armed Forces, you used it. Go back to your politics.

Ramifications of Balakot will reverberate for next two decades. The effect globally is similar to the nuke blasts of 1997. It's not about killing 300, destroying camp, may be completely unverified effects or the technicalities of fighters. It's about INDIA struck terrorist camps.

This year, 2019, this PM, Modi, will go down in history because HE TOOK DECISION. India was mocked earlier. All fart and no shit. No more. Immaterial if it was a political stunt, or poll gimmick before CoC. He has legitimised striking terrorist camps right through elections.

Parties are dumbstruck by the sheer audocity of action. Armed Forces used for political gain? You cannot deny that INDIA STRUCK. It has hurt Pakiatan globally. It has silenced China. US is speaking for us. OIC joins party. Love India or hate India, you cannot IGNORE India anymore

Don't give Balakot a party colour. Give it a TRICOLOUR. Accept the fact that combined, they cannot hurt Modi. He is has killed petty caste, religion & region cards. Look at India today not as belonging to a party and residing here. Look from eyes of NRIs. You will be proud.

Silence pays. Silence kills too. The art is in knowing when to pick the one that suits best. Today silence is killing. While world talks, we are silent. A state sponsoring terrorism is talking more than us. Silence was good so far. Not any more.

I have an unsolicited advise for the veterans. We had our day. We had the 'then' knowledge of fighting war with 'that' enemy, with 'those' weapons, with 'that' technology and 'that' political & religious order. We all are 'civilians' NOW with a very high respect being veterans.👉

Let's not destroy it by appearing on third rate TV debates, advising Armed Forces, taking sides & overall drastically reducing the confidence of public on us. My advise is:
1. Interact with your friends, relatives, social groups, children, youth in DIRECT contact with you.👉

2. Just because we wore uniform, let's not become strategists and sound very 'military'.
3. Let's not forget wine ages and matures only to taste better. Let's age gracefully.
4. Our job today should be to be akin to local 'civil defence'.
5. Let's write to generate confidence.👉

6. Let's tell India that Indian Armed Forces are in the finest hands, under finest leadership & with the best equipment.
7. Let's tell India that the three Chiefs know exactly what & how to do.
8. Let's not give unsolicited advise of how to fight today's war with vintage ideas.👉

9. Let us all get together & teach these politicians what "Nationalism' is. It definitely is not passing resolutions with signatures of 22 parties
10. Let's tell India that everytime they share their 'knowledge' about armed forces like equipment, men etc, they are harming India👉
