Today marks the release of THAT AIN'T WITCHCRAFT, the eighth book in the InCryptid series overall, and the third book narrated by Antimony Price, everybody's favorite pissed-off roller derby player.

And now, I pretend to ask questions so I can answer them.

I HAVEN'T READ THIS SERIES. CAN I START HERE?

Please please please don't. Urban fantasy shines best in series form, and InCryptid is very much a piece of its genre. The series begins with DISCOUNT ARMAGEDDON. But if you could buy THAT AIN'T WITCHCRAFT anyway, I'd appreciate it.

OKAY. PAPERBACK OR EBOOK?

Whatever makes you happy. Audio is also cool. The keyword here is "buy." I have no pride, and I want to keep this series going for a long, long time.

WHY IS ANTIMONY SO COOL?

Oh, you know, cranky, cranky reasons. She starts fires with her mind, which causes her no end of trouble, she has a sweet carnie boyfriend, and when she has a pair of skates on, she can outrace the Devil. I love her.

YOU MENTIONED THE SERIES CONTINUING. SO....?

IMAGINARY NUMBERS will be out in March 2020, and is narrated by Cousin Sarah.
