The most important point is once the ERHC has asked for information or documents in a person's possession, it is a criminal offence not to provide it unless there is a reasonable excuse (which doesn't include "it would be damaging"!) or it falls within some limited exceptions
Nb legally privileged information would be exempt from enforced disclosure - but that is carefully defined in law
