All to create the impression he was Russian trying to pretend he wasn't.
You'd think between June 15, 2016 and the election the FBI would have devoted extensive resources....

to figure out who he was back then. The special counsel didn't have any better tools than what the FBI had then, yet they couldn't figure it out? Or did they actually not deeply investigate g2, because they knew who was actually behind it (don't ask, don't tell 🙄).
So apparently Twitter gave the FBI all g2 dm's right?
Wouldn't it be a bit curious if within the corpus of all those messages, there weren't communications from FBI assets/agents trying to clean information?

I mean the threw mifsud, halper, downer, and many others at Papa d, Carter page, and others trying to figure this out...you'd assume they would have covertly talked to guccifer 2.0 to glean info...pretend to be a reporter or fellow hacker right?
Why didn't the Mueller gru indictment have any statements where g2 responded to an undercover source or agent? Wouldn't a proper counterintel investigation have probed deep, ran stings, ect?
Shouldn't there be a plethora of doc's in FBI files dating from 2016 showing how they actively worked to solve the G2 mystery?
My guess is not because they didn't want you to find out it was all a hoax.
