BREAKING: House Judiciary Committee planning to authorize subpoenas Wednesday for the full MUELLER report. Will also vote on subpoenas for MCGAHN, BANNON, HICKS and REINCE.

Vote would give Nadler authority to issue subpoenas at any time.

UPDATE: In a NYT op-ed NADLER picks apart Barr's decision to absolve the Trump of obstruction.

ROD ROSENSTEIN "routinely" charged obstruction as a federal prosecutor, even without an underlying crime, he noted. Also,Mueller charged many underlying crimes. nytimes.com/2019/04/01/opi…
And Nadler also suggested there would be a legislative response to the entire episode. "Put another way: If President Trump’s behavior wasn’t criminal, then perhaps it should have been."

BARR says he's redacting Mueller's report for four things:

-Grand jury info
-Intel sources/methods
-Ongoing investigations
-"Reputational interests" of "peripheral third parties"

The fight with Dems may be over how broadly he construes these things.
And Dems will want to see what's underneath the redactions regardless. They've already emphasized that Republicans were given access to pretty much all of this kind of info when they demanded documents from DOJ over the last two years.
BARR also bristles at the idea that his initial four-page memo was a summary of Mueller's full report. It was only meant to summarize his "bottom line."

BREAKING: In letter to WH, Rep. Cummings reveals that KUSHNER was routinely using WhatsApp to conduct official business as recently as Dec. 2018. Kushner's lawyer told lawmakers he screenshots messages to preserve them.

Lowell also told lawmakers, per Cummings, that Ivanka Trump doesn't forward email she receives to her official White House account unless she replies. Cummings says this "would appear to violate the Presidential Records Act."
The lawmakers asked Lowell if Kushner used WhatsApp for classified information. "That's above my pay grade," Lowell replied, per Cummings.
