The grand jury met Friday? Justice porn fantasy: Mueller’s grand jury was disturbed by Barr’s characterization of the Mueller report, so they’ve petitioned Beryl Howell to release their findings to the House judiciary, just the the Watergate grand jury did #superspacebeans

The only reason I can think of that Judge Howell would NOT release the materials is because the grand jury is still “continuing robustly”, and we learned from the secret company from country A, that you can’t release the stuff until the investigation is over. @BarbMcQuade ?

1/ NEW: It has now been confirmed that attorneys from Mueller‘s office are involved in the super-secret subpoena battle involving a state-owned company from Country A. A new unsealed court filing shows Meisler and Ahmad are handling the case. This is big!
2/ I have long thought that the company is the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). It meets all the clues we have so far: it has a US office, it does substantial business in the US, it’s state owned, and foreign. My first clue was that Ahmad was working on the case...
3/ She speaks Arabic and she worked on the Flynn case. A head of QIA, Al-Rumaihi met with Flynn Jr. and Cohen in trump tower in 12/16, and we have photo evidence of that. Al-Rumaihi bragged a year later that he had bribed the Trump administration in a deposition...

1. What's stopping @RepJerryNadler from issuing #Mueller subpoena?
Is it #ExecutivePrivilege? The idea that there is executive privilege over Mueller testifying in congress is beyond absurd. Executive privilege is to protect Presidential communications with advisers.
2. This was a criminal probe of the President. There is no possibility that Executive Privilege attached especially where it's likely he took the 5th. This is a red herring.
3. Grand Jury Rule 6(e)? Barr can easily obtain a waiver from Beryl Howell the DC chief judge. Again nonesense.
National Security? Sure, that's what redactions are for.
