FBI/DOJ confirmed 2 things they have been keeping secret

1. @Comey was officially a “witness” in the Russia investigation no later than 13 Oct 2017

2. @Comey first gave his memos to **McCabe’s investigative team** on May 12 2017, BEFORE Mueller was even appointed as SC

CONCLUSIONS

—Comey can’t be a witness to “Collusion”, so it appears he may have been a primary witness of Mueller’s for the “obstruction” case. Maybe THE primary witness.

—REMINDER: Comey “couldn’t recall” key events 250+ times in his sworn testimony to Congress

CONCLUSIONS

—Mueller wasn’t appointed SC when Comey gave his memos to the “investigative team” at the FBI on May 12 2017

—That means Comey’s memos first went to Andy McCabe for his hastily opened obstruction probe, and only then to Mueller

—Comey then leaked them

CONCLUSIONS

—McCabe had an open obstruction case AND the memos *before* Comey arranged for parts of them to be leaked to the NYT

—That allowed their contents to be shielded from Congress for nearly a year

—And STILL partially shielded from FOIA/Congress

CONCLUSIONS

—Mueller was using Comey as a major witness in his investigation

while

—being supervised by Deputy AG Rosenstein who had recommended Comey be fired over a lack of trust in him from the public and Congress, and his refusal to admit to errors and using “loaded” terms
