The university struck the deal with the Education Department in February, concluding a 14-year investigation into the university’s use of affirmative action, according to a copy of the resolution agreement viewed by The Wall Street Journal.
The thing is, most people will simply read the title of the article, call Trump a racist, and not know that this investigation has been going on for 14 years.
