The UK's, officially designated, regulatory body, The Electoral Commission, found Vote Leave, LeaveEU and BeLeave guilty of serious electoral offences; having now referred them to the police and NCA for criminal investigation, is this what these MPs in 2015 were concerned about?
What followed was the greatest electoral fraud in UK history, explained here by @carolecadwalla to @Steven_Woolfe who doesn't understand the @ElectoralCommUK works to the criminal burden of proof, this is 'beyond reasonable doubt' as opposed to 'on a balance of probabilities.'
Far too many people either choose or fail to understand that campaigns spend money to influence voter intention; the Electoral laws are designed to ensure the legitimacy of electoral events, breaking them, to gain additional influence with voters, is simply subverting democracy.
In the previous video you could see a clearly incredulous Rebbeca Pow MP listening to the Electoral Commission telling her it's up to parliament to address the problem over the referendum, now here's @theresa_may making sure parliament doesn't....
