Contrary to Barr, Mueller actually concluded that Trump committed at least four acts of obstruction of justice.

A difficult element to prove in making out an obstruction case is "corrupt intent."

That's just four episodes. Mueller discussed TEN possible episodes of obstruction.

And when we look at the evidence in the totality of the circumstances, a crystal clear pattern of corrupt intent emerges.

Exoneration? Hardly. Mueller conclusion was the exact opposite.
