Most generous interpretation of Mueller Report for Trump: he encouraged, engaged w/ privately, benefited from hostile foreign country attacking US, but (due to lack of cooperation & destruction of evidence) Mueller did not have enough to criminally prove Conspiracy Against US.
Only reason Mueller did not indict President Trump for obstruction of justice is because he believes a sitting president cannot be indicted. He provides details for Congressional oversight, including impeachment hearings, and post-presidency indictment.
Even if it is not criminal to encourage & communicate w/ hostile foreign country attacking US, entire point of impeachment is to remove from office people who explicitly do not serve US. Tolerating obstruction of justice from our leaders means there is no justice for all of US.
Absurd to leave rule of law to periodic will of voters: Constitution demands House hold President Trump accountable for his corruption/authoritarian relationship w/ Russia and his obstruction of investigations into ongoing cyber-warfare against US. Bonus: also good political move
Most Americans don't follow news that closely, they are busy doing more enjoyable things! House hearing will both provide further investigation and clear platform for explaining Trump's numerous crimes against US.
