1. If we're going to impeach Trump it has to be for treason. Mueller didn't look at it or mention of it. Remember what Judge Emmett Sullivan said about what Flynn did? He called it treason. Mueller, Barr & Rosenstein, are @GOP. They aren't going to look at treason. But we can.

2. If @SpeakerPelosi has the guts to pursue that then sign me up. Make this 1,000 worse than what the @WhiteHouse @SenateGOP @HouseGOP think it is going to be. Make July 4 Congressional Moscow crew part of the case. Here are 2016 cycle @SenateGOP. Yellow went to Moscow July 4.

3. Take the highlighted @SenateGOP depositions under seal. This is too deep and dangerous to give members of Congress a pass.

Don't use committee hearings. Use depositions conducted by skilled trial lawyers. Do the a criminal prosecution with civil litigation devices. 😎

4. The GOP will be happy to see @TheDemocrats in the House rehashing the #MuellerReport while treason is being repeated. The SDNY case should gin up to be a nightmare of discovery for Trump 2020 Campaign and Don Jr. Now that we have Mueller's proof, it makes no sense to not seek

5. a preliminary injunction against Trump and his Russian partners. Put a spotlight on the 2020 campaign as a treasonous cesspool. Dems' counsel @CohenMilstein should stir it up and see how many Russians bubble up. 😎 @TomPerez @SpeakerPelosi
