A handful of 2020 hopefuls have joined Dem congresswomen calling for impeachment (Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris).
But others in latter group are much more circumspect, saying Trump behaviour could be impeachable but questioning value of taking that move. (Buttigieg, Sanders).
