Truth is, your teaching will become counter productive if you hang around always helping out till people become dependent on you with no memory of how to live without you.
Some teams have allowed their previous good coaches stay so long that by the time he left there was no institutional memory in the management of the club without that particular coach in charge.
They now begin to struggle because the whole set up has been subconsciously programmed with him as the leader. Teach but never let people become dependent on you. Always create opportunities for many people to get things done in your set-up without direct assistance from you.
