What a better place Congress would be if more members wrote thoughtful serious policy threads like this!
@Malinowski mentions in it the idea of modeling reporting requirements for campaigns on the "suspicious activity reporting" requirements for banks. I floated this idea the other day at Brookings.
@matthew_j_kahn and I are currently working to develop it and will write up some thoughts for @lawfareblog on it soon.
