“Steele Dossier” is not ‘Russian desinfo’. It’s not ‘raw intel’. It’s paid-for dirt on opposition candidate obtained by private contractor. Steele’s former MI6 boss says it’s not verified, not veriafablie and he did not believe it. You pay for dirt—you get dirt.
