1. Why isn't Trump trying to block @NewYorkStateAG? I've said since November 2016 Trump and Putin's flaw was that the states can act. Trump knows he's exposed. Virginia's AG @MarkHerringVA and CA AG @AGBecerra should consider opening treason grand juries. Focus only on conduct
2. before Jan 20 2017. Criminal charges against @realDonaldTrump for the period before he was sworn will stay in state court. He will resist but state forfeitures can start to seize all this family assets because he will be essentially a fugitive.

1. Barr & @WhiteHouse are giving @TheDemocrats the chance of a lifetime. If we play it right we can destroy future careers of dozens of GOP lawyers who GOP needs to survive. Our goal should be to get dishonesty convictions on every Trump appointee at main justice. @TheJusticeDept
2. All the smart attorney will run for their lives. The K&E folks will stay and we can take them out for good.

Remember the attorneys are the foot soldiers in this. Never pursue a general until you have demoralized the troops so they turn on their master to save their skin.
3. The key is to find out who was involved in Barr's false testimony. Who was at his wood-shedding. If they don't report him they are already looking a potential criminal liability. What we want is Barr on the fourth floor, alone, contemplating his and his family's total demise.
