2. before Jan 20 2017. Criminal charges against @realDonaldTrump for the period before he was sworn will stay in state court. He will resist but state forfeitures can start to seize all this family assets because he will be essentially a fugitive.
3. Civil forfeitures can be completed and he will watch all his VA, CA and NY assets being forfeited. He will be powerless.
