The DOJ filed a motion to bar #Huawei's defense lawyer James Cole from repping Hauwei in the DOJ's case against them.

James Cole is currently a partner at #SidleyAustin and was formerly Deputy Attorney General from 2011 to 2015 in #Obama's administration.
DOJ didn't say why they wanted him off the case, but while he was Deputy AG, the US government was collecting info & looking into if/how Huawei was violating US sanctions by doing business with #Iran.
BTW.....Sidley Austin is where Obama met Michelle. They also lobby for #China's spying outfit #Hikvision.

I love how they're making ALL of these people out to be "Trump-connected," yet several #NeverTrumpers, such as the Bushes, are involved, as well as Bill Clinton's former FBI Director, Louis Freeh, who was the FIRST lobbyist to rep her company, KGL Investment.

Here is just one example of #BernieSanders attacking President #Trump by claiming Trump "attacks" the media, however, Bernie the HYPOCRITE, has said very similar in the past and even created his own "media" to circumvent, per his own words, "media manipulation."
Here is Bernie, decades ago, talking about how the media manipulates the public and how he can get around it.

Michael Jackson and the Chandlers reached an out of court settlement, in January 1994 which only resolved the CIVIL SUIT and to proceed with the criminal case; to preserve a fair criminal trial in court!
Firstly, one cannot settle a criminal case. So people, stop using the vague argument 'he paid his way out of prison'. A criminal proceeding & a trial, only can send a perpetrator to jail, not a civil trial which only results in a monetary restitution.
