In The Neutral Zone, the "old style disk drive" that Data interacts with, as well as the other things on the screen, are I believe Just Some Shit They Found, not custom props
the big panel says 487L SIMULATED RECEIVER SET STATUS which sounds like exactly what it says, some kind of diagnostic unit for a 60s-70s computer
this looks like a 19" or 21" rack unit - audio gear, maybe, or a channel bank from a telco, TV or radio station. Dymo labels at either end.
The keyboard is unquestionably a Teletype. They made a billion models so searching them is hard (you mostly get really early ones) but I'd say it's 50/50 whether this is an off the shelf model, or an ASR33 with some trim added.
I strongly suspect this is a normal piece of equipment, like a 70s computer control panel, with a few sections masked off and greebles glued on.
anyway not to dunk uselessly on The Neutral Zone, a known dry fart of an episode from a season that's better than I recalled, but the idea that anyone would forget how *doorknobs* work is impossible to believe and I am happy to talk shit on the writers for that one.
there will never be a point in the entire long timeline of existence when a person can exist for more than a couple years and never see *any* evidence of a manual latch on a door. the nature of technology is that it fails, and manual overrides will be needed forever.
star trek corrects this fairly quickly in some senses but it's absurd that it ever made its way into a script.
