TYT + Cenk are just totally and embarrassingly wrong about this. Their original segment falsely claimed that a CNN poll showing Biden up was "biased" because it oversampled "septuagenarians." Trying to "unskew polls" invariably makes you look really stupid
This isn't even so much a political issue; it's an empirical and methodological issue. There are plenty of legitimate criticisms of Biden, to dwell on allegedly "biased" and "skewed" polls because you don't like that he's ahead is self-defeating and ridiculous. Just stop.
Many other polls with varied methodologies have replicated the finding of the CNN poll that TYT claimed was somehow maliciously twisted to disfavor Bernie. It's ridiculous, and self-defeating because YOU are actually the one giving viewers a "skewed" picture of the race.
This doesn't mean that @NateSilver538 is above criticism. Some of his predictions and pundit-style analysis has been really dumb, and I've criticized it. But on these pure methodological questions, he's generally correct. And I say this as someone who has been trolled by Nate!
CNN, the same entity they're now claiming is putting out polls to undermine Bernie, accurately predicted Bernie's margin of victory in the 2016 New Hampshire Democratic Primary. Final result: Sanders 60% Clinton 38%
