We've been told for a year by #BernieSanders supporters that Sanders is the most popular senator in America. It appears he's not even popular in his own neighborhood.
The looming question is: who gets Sanders' supporters when he is out of the race?

I don't want to cite @BernieSanders' age here, but his memory is extraordinarily faulty. I covered the election for two years..Sanders refused to drop out when he lost the primary or even after it ended. Rather, Sanders insisted there would be a contested convention.
This was just 3yrs ago, not 50. While Sanders is shaky on his past, there is video of him saying --based solely on poor sportsmanship -- this. And also Sanders begged the super delegates to shift their votes away from the winner, to him. It was full on petulance.
Throughout the two months Sanders continued to misrepresent himself to his supporters and raise money for his campaign, Trump used that against Hillary Clinton, saying she couldn't even "put Bernie away." So Sanders' memory is 100% off on this. Embarrassing.

Second evening in a row with #tornado watches & warnings for our area.
This is NOT a tornado area.
Or at least it did not used to be.
Continuing to ignore #ClimateCrisis will not make it go away, it will just mean more and more Americans will be facing the impact of these storms.
Any candidate who is minimizing the #ClimateCrisis is not viable. This is one of the top concerns for voters--particularly voters under 50 who will be disproportionately impacted by #ClimateChange. Only candidates with serious and comprehensive climate plans should be considered.
Severe thunderstorm now with lightning, pea-sized hail and torrential rain so heavy you can barely see across the street.

I've lived in the tropical southland, so this is weather I know.
But it IS tropical weather, not East Coast weather.
