The DOJ #OIG posted a list of various audit and review recommendations that weren’t closed yet, as of March 31/2019.

The report states that “not closed” simply means that a recommendation hasn’t been fully implemented yet by the applicable department.

The FBI develop guidelines to identify risks of & alternatives to letting witnesses attend voluntary interviews of other witnesses, such as attorneys who are also witnesses.
