For trolls claiming this is due to the skin color of the assailant, your idiotic paranoia is showing. A white guy killed 12 people in November of last year, and it was gone from the headlines in 48 hours. However, if the killer had shouted "Allahu Akbar" -- breathless coverage
Yeah, it's also true that if the Virginia Beach killer had been wearing a MAGA hat, it would've been a national outrage cycle for weeks. So what? If the guy had screamed "I'm doing this because I hate Trump," same reaction. Overlaying political narratives always heightens outrage
Really sad. Most people don't interact much with municipal workers but they make the basic functions of local governance possible. Roads, maintenance, sanitation, utilities, zoning issues, etc.
