I already revealed over a year ago that Steele gave his dossier memos to Sir Charles Farr, then Chairman of the JIC (a former colleague of Steele's in MI6). So one of May's two senior advisors was known to have had the dossier, but maybe the other didn't?
Nope: Last week, @jsolomonReports broke the story that the National Security Advisor Sir Mark Lyall Grant ALSO had access to Steele's material & may have warned the Trump AND Obama administrations that the British had concerns about Steele's credibility! 🚨

That means BOTH the top two intelligence officials who worked directly for Theresa May and ONLY Theresa May had access to Steele's material. It is *inconceivable* that she wasn't briefed on his claims that candidate Trump, POTUS-elect and POTUS Trump was potentially a Putin asset
