I don’t think there has been near enough chatter on this one so I’ll do a quick thread.

Roger Stone only received redacted draft copies of Crowdstrike’s report so he filed motion seeking unredacted report.

The gvt says not so fast - you are charged with lying to congress and tampering with a witness...

ie Since you aren’t being charged with conspiring with Russians to hack... what is behind the redactions doesn’t apply.
But here is where there is 🔥...

Our govt doesn’t even HAVE the unredacted reports from Crowdstrike!

That is right - they are going off of reports that Crowdstrike (themselves) made redactions on!

What. The. FuhQ. Is. Going. On?
In other words, they are running on a Russia Collusion event and the feds haven’t even seen the unredacted report?!
They haven’t even seen it? Despite... the fact that the ‘Dossier’ Buzzfeed published almost certainly points at Dimitri Alperovich (Russian, Crowdstrike) as an insider threat?!

It spells it out almost exactly!

Didn’t get the unredacted report... even though Crowdstrike got massive payments *immediately* after Seth Rich’s death?

And *immediately* after Shaun Lucas’ death?

If I were Roger Stone I would press for the unredacted report... bc here is what I find most likely...

All they had to do to get rid of the Russian Hacker is say

“Yo, Dimitri - can you gtf off the DNC network so that we can declare the Russians are gone?”

Follow up on moon sighting claims in Nigeria:
As usual I always try to follow up on questionable sighting claims. On returning back to Nigeria yesterday , I called Mal Jaafar member of National moon sighting committee present at the palace in Sokoto on the 29th Ramadan.
Jaafar said, Damaturu sighting claim was reported by the Secretary Yobe Emirates moon sighting Committee.Jaafar called him to get details and phone numbers of the sighters but the secretary said he has none, and said the reports were reported by district heads without details.
Jaafar gave me the only phone number available for a sighting claim by Suleiman Lawal from Katsina , I called the number and he said his name is Umar Abdullahi, he went out to search for the crescent with Suleiman and 1 other person but it was only sighted by Suleiman Lawal

Here is a #thread for the May 14th court proceedings in the trial for #NXIVM leader Keith Raniere. These are my notes after reading through the transcripts provided by court.
Court begins with an immediate sidebar which is redacted from the transcripts. After a discussion the jury is brought in and the judge explains an alternate juror was sick and they would adjourn for the day. The attorneys still have some things to discuss, however.
A discussion starts by assistant U.S. Attorney Moira Penza. She says some materials have to do with things recovered during a search warrant at Nancy Salzman’s home at 3 Oregon Trail when Raniere was arrested.

So Roger Stone had a bit of a tantrum yesterday. He’s angry because he was assigned to a judge he doesn’t want.

What’s really happening is that Rule of Law colliding with Cult of Leadership.

1/ The court rules require the prosecutor, when filing an indictment, to notify the clerk if there’s a “related” case pending before the court.

Related cases are then assigned to the same judge for “case management and efficiency.”
2/ One way two cases can be related is if the evidence comes from the same wiretaps or search warrant.

When Special Counsel filed Stone’s indictment, he designated Stone’s case as related to the pending U.S. v. Netyksho—the Russian hacking case.
