The Supreme Court has already ruled on the ACA – Sebelius, 2022, It struck down required Medicaid expansion, but upheld the rest. But the vote was 5-4. So, yes, it is possible.
(A Pyrrhic victory is a great win which carries within in ultimate doom. King Pyrrhus, the nephew of Alexander the Great, captured the entire Italian peninsula, & then the Greek cities in western Sicily. In doing so, he lost so much of his army, so he lost Italy.)
