For when VP Mike Pence and this administration are put on trial for crimes against humanity:

A group of men detained behind chain link fencing shouted to news cameras, "No shower, no shower!"

White man in charge, brown men in cages. This is what Trump promised and what his voters wanted.
Pence visits caged, unwashed, overcrowded migrants.
Men say they have been held for 40 days and want to brush teeth
Pence claims migrants are ‘in good shape’ theguardian.com/us-news/2019/j…

One of Trump’s earliest bigotries during his campaign to become GOP presidential candidate was to call Mexicans “rapists and murderers.” Remember that fascist thing he created for reporting “crimes by illegals” or whatever it was called? He promised this and his voters wanted it.

So do not ignore that what these pictures are aimed at saying:

White man is protecting your wives and daughters from the brown men by putting the brown men in cages. Vote for us! Protect your white women!

Do not ignore who the audience for those visuals are:
- Trump’s white supremacist base
- white women voters, the majority of which have voted GOP long before Trump and who benefit from white supremacy which has always positioned itself as their protector from men of colour.
