Anders Breivik killed 77 people in Norway. He left a 1500 page manifesto. He was proud & unrepentant. He felt he was saving Europe by punishing it for embracing Muslims & immigrants. 1/

Breivik's manifesto, written in 2011, cited the writings of many American anti-Muslim bigots who were once considered fringe. People like Pam Geller, Gaffney, Spencer, Horowitz, Pipes. In 2019, they are advising & close to people in Trump's White House. 2/

These Islamophobes were given a platform by Fox News and then by Steve Bannon when he ran Breitbart. Although they are not responsible for the terrorist attacks, Breivik emerged from the same ideological infrastructure. The rhetoric & hate was not cost-free. 3/

These people warn of sharia replacing the constitution, demographic time bombs, Western civilization being overrun by violent, backwards immigrants, Muslims being closet jihadists, and so forth. Breivik's manifesto inspired the Christchurch killer. He killed 51 in March. 4/

The Christchurch killer left behind a manifesto called "The Great Replacement," which is a synonym for White Genocide, a belief that Jews are using immigrants, Muslims and blacks to weaken white men and white civilization. He blamed Muslims and used the word "invaders." 5/

The Christchurch killer said he saw Trump as a renewed symbol of white identity with whom he shares a common purpose. (Wonder what that could be?) Trump is praised by David Duke of the KKK, the Alt Right's Richard Spencer & Andrew Anglin, a Neo Nazi, as promoting their agenda. 6/

The El Paso terrorist only targeted Hispanics for his feeling of rage and dislocation after reading the Christchurch killer's manifesto. He uses the same language of "invasion" and many of the talking points you'll hear daily on Fox News and right wing radio. 7/

Trump doubled down on only one talking point to win the 2018 midterms: there was an "invasion" by a caravan of immigrants and Middle Easterners. This is a white supremacist talking point. He even mused that George Soros, a Jewish billionaire, could be funding it. 8/

In October, while Trump - and then Republicans and right wing media - were promoting the hateful "invasion" talking point, Robert Bowers shot and killed 11 Jews in a synagogue. He wanted to punish Jews for helping the "invasion." 9/

Cesar Sayoc sent functional pipe bombs to people who were specifically attacked by, wait for it, Donald Trump. Just look at the side of his van. His lawyer says he was radicalized by Trump, Fox News and right wing media. 10/

An FBI document warned that conspiracy theories are now a potential domestic terror threat that could mobilize people or groups to commit violence leading up to 2020. They cited QAnon. Who else promotes QAnon's "Deep State" conspiracy theory? Trump. It's all over his rallies 11/

In the past 3 weeks, Trump has attacked 4 Congresswomen of color, embraced a 13 second nativist chant & said they were "incredible patriots," retweeted anti-immigrant extremist Katie Hopkins 3 weekends in a row, attacked Elijah Cummings & Baltimore. Just the past 3 weeks. 12/

Trump is a racist, been a racist, will always a racist. Period.

He has enabled, stoked & manufactured hate. It has been mainstreamed by him, Republicans & the right wing media infrastructure. All of them have some blame and none of their hate is cost free. Just ask El Paso. 13/
