WaKenya: judging from last week's actions of the energy cartels after we served them, we know that they are very worried. This is why we know that we must insist Mama Ngina takes the stand for cross examination when the time comes. We'll tell you why.

2. WaKenya: someone approached Mr. James Gitau to help source funding for two wind firms - Baringo Wind Power (100MW) & Great Rift Valley (150MW). Owned allegedly by Mama Ngina Kenyatta through proxies who have recently received 20yr Power Purchase Agreements.

3. WaKenya: these PPAs do NOT exist within the LCPDP (2017-2037). Ditto in Mude. We also want to show how international cartels operate in the energy sector in Kenya where corrupt schemes are executed. This info will be turned over to the FBI in light of threats.

4. WaKenya: these threats & actions against members of the #EnergyJustice6 & our lawyer are meant to cause us to abandon our cause. In fact, a @KenyaPower Board Member continues to send threats directly & indirectly to members of the team.

5. WaKenya: President Uhuru Kenyatta needs to understand that his attack dogs could easily create more legal trouble for him & the family more so if Mr. Gitau files suit in the US or becomes a witness for the FBI or NY AG, which could see several ppl interviewed.

6. WaKenya: we have a history of witness tampering, deaths, etc. Look at the ICC, where cases collapsed. Maybe somewhere down the road, cases can be revived using details from depositions?

7. WaKenya: remember that flows of funds from corruption & money laundering could have used US banking systems & therefore fall under its jurisdiction. The detailed info we have sheds light & names of key personalities. Hence the need to cross examine them.

8. WaKenya: We asked President Kenyatta to declare his family's interest in the energy sector. Whether he tries to shield his mother or protect other cartels, our is to get Energy Justice by leveling the playing field & eliminating corruption in the energy sector.
