BREAKING: Pelosi confirms in letter that Judiciary Committee will go to court TODAY to force Don McGahn to testify.

.@joshgerstein informs me that Howell's assignment here was automatic because of the House's claim that the McGahn case is linked to the grand jury matter.
It's up to her whether to accept the link or to farm the case out to another judge. DOJ and McGahn may weigh in too.
