WaKenya: This ruling by Justice Makau is a move to roll back our constitutional right to assemble by introducing limitations.

ALL DAMAGES to persons/property that arise due to a demonstration become the liability of the organisers.

5. WaKenya: are we then liable for the injury caused by the teargas canister that was fired directly by the police? Who will police @NPSOfficial_KE lies that our notification was forged? What about planting infiltrators to damage property, loot & injure?
