I started this account in November 2016 as Mr.Spock. In January 2016 I joined a Star Trek Resistance group started by @ShawnInArizona, who at the time was Captains Log.
There were only about 20 members in the group at first. Shawn started doing follow back parties then which helped us grow in numbers, but only by a few hundred. They were fun more than follow back based.
But most of all we were active everyday.
In late 2017/18 we noticed that others had started to do FBR parties, but we noticed a difference. A lot of them were coming out of
First of all, my account was severely suppressed in April 2018, I was getting new followers
I liked, retweeted and always commented on big accounts. That gets you noticed. You will see follower count go up if you do this.
Don’t mass follow and then unfollow those that don’t follow you back, it’s against terms of service.
Vet accounts. A simple vet is looking at their followers, who they follow, look at their likes, media and definitely
If you are a 2019 account, it will take longer to build followers as there are a lot of bots and trolls that have been released. So people might not follow you back yet, so it’s really important to interact.
I personally block trump, his family, Republican Congress.
A good way for new accounts to gain followers now is to go more local. Find people in your area
