#WALKAWAY (Thread)

Had a bit of an awakening recently:
As a former lefty extremist, how did I end up being at peace with conservatism? How did I end up supporting President Trump?! Most importantly, how did coming out of closet change my life? /1

My awakening was the moment I realized I'm the same person I was before. The left (globalists) successfully indoctrinate us to think backwards. They KNOW they're the baddies, but use their resources to amplify an anti-conservative message. /2

We're trained to turn on each other for any number of reasons, and drop by drop, they control everything. We don't fight it because we don't know better. Incessant barrage of #FakeNews.
Turning off CNN was the first shift. /3

I couldn't believe the difference in coverage on other, reputable news outlets. Yuuge. I learned who President Trump REALLY is.
On Facebook, I was scared to post anything to support @POTUS , but I took a chance and commented that ii liked a speech he made. That's it. /4

Folks, it was like nothing I've seen. The mask came off and there I was, facing a snarling, vicious, vindictive beast. Whom I now affectionately refer to as the left.
Politically homeless for a while, I eventually reached the shores of conservatism. /5

They stood on the beach and waved me in.
See, that's the thing about #MAGA: These are passionate, intelligent, genuinely good people. They get it. They get it all.
