People should read it for themselves and make up their minds.

The complaint tries to create a context for the call based on news articles, but concedes information about the actual call was second-hand.
It is fairly obvious that having the person behind the complaint testify is worthless. He basically admits he doesn't have first hand knowledge of anything beyond media reports and what other "officials" told him.
Only path froward is to have officials that actually do have first-hand knowledge confirm the transcript and surrounding events, then members of Congress can decide for themselves regarding how they view the events.
