3) Fact: This complaint, even at the most basic understanding of the material it is about, has little to nothing to do with intelligence, it is Foreign Affairs or possibly Judiciary given Barr's involvement, as Acting DNI Maguire noted and acted upon.

5) Fact: Both the ICIG and the acting DNI are Trump appointees. The only non-Trump appointees in the executive branch who made decisions on the complaint ended up being the DoJ ethics counsels who saw the whistleblower complaint for the complete fucking joke that it was.

7) Presumed fact: given details in the complaint like the ONLY STATE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE THE WHISTLEBLOWER NAMED IN THE COMPLAINT ENDED UP BEING THE WRONG EMPLOYEE (that bits fact) someone set a trap with the whistleblower/leaker.

9) They did this to track the path of the leak, and told the ICIG to look out for the Ulrich Brechbuhl name, as that would be the indicator that the leak was bullshit. The leak found its way to Schiff, who attempted to weaponize the leak by making it a whistleblow retroactively.
