Heavy gunfire in the capital's Tahrir Square.
My take:
The government in Iraq is literally following the playbook of #Iran's regime in response to demonstrations:
-opening fire on civilians
-Internet blackout
-attacking offices of media outlets
-Electricity blackout & massive gunfire directly targeting protesters in the capital's Tahrir Square.
-Over ten media outlets in Baghdad seen their offices attacked by masked men, leaving the equipment completely destroyed.
