Hearing begins with Gabbai screaming about not wanting a new panel.

Judge is curious as to why not.

Gabbai wants the judge to rely on all the psychs they brought to court.

Gabbai screams for 40 minutes.

Another hearing takes place in the same room in front of Judge Lomp. Courtdate#60 is paused.

That hearing is over in mins and Gabbai continues his complaining, 'Au putting pressure on Israel compromised the state psychiatrists that ruled she is fit to stand trial'

Judge asks to hear from the Prosecutor.

Fried and Gabbai continue to scream.

The DA begins to speak.

Gabbai interrupts.

The DA sits down and states he will begin again everytime Gabbai interrupts.

The DA begins by saying this case has gone on for 5 years.

Everyone begins screaming.

Judge threatens to end hearing.

Fried and Gabbai continue to yell.

DA requests that Jerusalem district psychiatrist, Dr Charnes (questioned by Police under caution) not be involved with the panel process.

Judge asks if Gabbai objects to this.

Gabbai, 'Of course, we object to everything.'

DA asks for courtroom to be closed to express why Dr Charnes can not be involved.

Gabbai asks for another court hearing just to discuss if they should close the court room.

Everyone is sent out of the court room.
Everyone is back in court.
The yelling restarts.

Panel process is being 'discussed'.

DA upset that Gabbai is sitting on his knees and Fried is standing.

Fried asks if he should stand with his hands up.

Gabbai reiterates that he does not want a panel, but if there is one he wants Dr Charnes.

Judge says any other district psych is up for grabs.

Gabbai complains (loudly) that the judge already promised it would be Dr Charnes.

Gabbai begins the hearing all over again.

2 hours in....Gabbai wants another hearing to discuss the panel.

Judge whispers her ruling.

Gabbai complains he can't hear.

Judge says she is whispering so he can't yell.

Judge speaks about 'behaviours that have come to her attention'.

Judge is on her phone. Judge's security walks in.

Gabbai talks to the DA while the Judge organizes her schedule. Gabbai says that Argo and Barash were 'bribed' by the police to say Leifer was fit to stand trial.

Judge rules that the District Psych of Tel Aviv will appoint the panel. (Yes!)

Fried asks for another hearing.

Court hearing ends.
