This did not happen. Bercow and Sassoli talked about the importance of both Parliaments in the Brexit process and Sassoli set out his own view that an extension should come with an election or referendum. No suggestion of 'negotiation'
At any rate, it's the Commission leading the negotiations, not the Parliament. Sassoli doesn't have authority on anything to do with offers made to the UK or on any future extension
