How and why Rudy and his two henchmen and a Ukrainian oligarch fit into the story is fascinating. But none of that has to be unraveled to find the President abused his power. As I wrote @slate: slate.com/news-and-polit… /2 
In sum, no matter what full Ukraine story is, the President himself admitted, even bragged, about soliciting/pressuring a foreign government who received U.S. taxpayer dollars to provide dirt on a political opponent to benefit Pres. personally. That's abuse of power. Q.E.D. /3
