1. W/ reports that SDF are now aligning w/ the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), you can also expect IRGC and Hez to be among the SAA force structure confronting Turkish forces. SAA, IRGC, Hez & SDF is a battle hardened alliance that Turkey will capitulate against.
2. This, along w/ Russian backing, you can expect the Russian S400 anti-aircraft/cruise missiles to be deployed (it’s mobile) in an attempt to create air superiority over N.Syria for Russian/SAA jets. Qu is, will Russian/SAA jets go after Turkish forces in Turkish territory?
3. The big question on my previous tweet; is will Turkey try to invoke NATO article 5 if Russian or SAA jets target Turkish forces inside Syria, or in Turkish territory. An opportunity for Russia to press to test and create division between NATO and Erdogan.
4. And finally, the U.S no longer had a dog in this fight. And therefore no influence in the outcome of the next chapter for N.Syria. Additionally, no one will trust the U.S in the region as long as Trump is in power. And afterwards, trust will take a long time to recover.
