1. @avichal breakdown of the SEC action against Telegram is really worth reading. Effectively argued that the issue is that it's JUST Telegram people building this crypto in a way that will benefit them; not something regarding SAFTs.

@BLOCKTVnews @avichal I never particularly thought that FB was going to be stopped - even by prominent members leaving. That said, having basically EVERY payment rail partner leave does require a shift in narrative. I imagine we'll see it in full force next week when Zuckerberg testifies at Congress.
