How bad will a"wet" border be for NI business?

I have taken NTB data @rjbarfield1 gleaned from Government sources...
...and combined it with NISRA stats on GB goods
nisra.gov.uk/sites/nisra.go…
NTB's come to 16.3%.
If there is no FTA, tariffs add another 2.3%
18.6% average cost increase for GB goods entering NI

But the average for goods entering the EU from GB in a no-deal scenario is 11%. ?!?

The particular mix of goods from GB to NI is servng to make the costs of a regulatory and customs barrier PARTICULARLY onerous.
So why do I keep reading tweets that say NI will be fine under the Johnson deal? Everyone accepts that a customs border between NI and IE (£5Bn trade flow) would be disastrous, but are quite sanguine about a customs and regulatory barrier on the £25Bn NI/GB trade flow?
