My take:
This is a very similar method used by #Iran's IRGC Basij forces to attack civilians & establish a climate of fear.

#Iran-backed Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrollah had warned about sending Hezbollah members (seen here mixed with Amal members) to "change the scene."

The Lebanese Army intervened to prevent these militias from causing violence among protesters.
