The doomed House vote to censure Schiff for reading a parodic version of the president's call with Ukraine's president is the top story on his favorite show this morning.

Here's the initial comment from CNN's Sean Duffy about Lt. Col. Vindman: "He is a former Ukrainian, he wants to make sure that taxpayer money goes in military aid to the Ukraine. " Then Berman asks him to explain, and things get gross quick.
That triggers a several minute back-and-forth, including the viral clip you've probably seen. Later, Berman reairs the clip, calls it "a pretty shocking statement." mediamatters.org/sean-duffy/cnn…
