This morning's jobs report shows how America's workers are benefiting from the continued strength of the Trump economy

Hard to overstate the great news in this

Let's go through the numbers
2/

The economy added 128,000 jobs last month and Aug. & Sept. were revised up by a whopping 95,000 jobs

Averaging a very strong 176,000 new jobs over each of the last three months (where's the recession Dems are cheerleading for?)

Total since Nov. 2016 - 6.7 million new jobs
3/

The unemployment rate remained at a historically low rate of just 3.6 percent

Reminder: last time it was this low before the Trump Administration was 1969
4/

The black unemployment rate hit a ***new record low*** of just 5.4 percent last month

Context: when President Trump took office, the black unemployment rate was 7.7 percent and had NEVER been below 7 percent
5/

Unemployment rates for women, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and veterans all remained at historically low levels

Shows that the benefits of the Trump economy continue to go to all Americans
6/

Just one example, women's unemployment was just 3.2 percent in October

Last time it was that low before the Trump Administration was 1953

73,000 of the new jobs created last month went to women
7/

Wages grew by 3 percent over the last year

For 15 months in a row now, wages have grown by 3 percent or better on an annual basis

Reminder that during the Obama Administration, this happened for three months total, and average was just 2.2 percent
8/

One final note about the "loss" of manufacturing jobs in this report

The jobs report counts the UAW/GM strike as a jobs "loss" even though these workers are on strike, not unemployed

When you factor the strike out, manufacturing actually **gained** 6,000 jobs last month
