In the application form, you ask for the sex of the applicant with the options of 'Male', 'Female' and 'Other'.

Can you say what you mean by a sex that isn't male or female?

You also ask for the title of the applicant and include the option 'HRH Prince'.

Is there some reason you don't want Princesses applying for qualifications in Gender Identity Healthcare?

The Diversity information UK section of your job application asks for 'gender' and includes the options 'Female' and 'Male'.

Sex is the protected characteristic and the only two possible options for sex are 'Female' and 'Male' as defined in the Act and consistent with biology.

You then ask for 'Gender Identity' and include the options 'Female', 'Male', 'Non-binary / Gender non-conforming', 'Prefer to self-identify' and 'Trans'.

The Diversity Monitoring section of your job application asks for the applicant's 'Legal gender', with the options of 'Female' & 'Male'.

Only those who hold a Gender Recognition Certificate could be thought of as having a 'legal gender'.
