I don't know if it affects Pharmaceutical, but as I said before, the way Donald Trump has messed around with trade deals has created a more hostile lobby environment.
I do know that Pharmaceuticals in United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement have been on of the controversial elements that have prevented it passing so far. 
Not necessarily all in the interest of Pharmaceuticals, because Donald Trump added monopoly provisions which prevented Congress from reducing patent protection in all three North American economies.
Specifically for Biologics, which you can find being lobbied for the UK-US trade deal by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Of America.
A Politico-Harvard poll this year found it was the top issue for voters in both parties, with 80% of people in the US saying that congressional “action to lower prescription medicine prices is extremely important,”.
So, expect to hear the word "Biologics" a lot when negotiations are complete. What level of monopoly provisions the US will try to get from the UK isn't clear, and how Congress is going to look to reduce drug prices in the future will be significant too.
